At Paris Texas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return window for all unworn footwear and accessories provided they are returned in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original designer box and protective dust bags, then secure them inside the original shipping carton to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
